Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original FB County tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
